I’m Jay, a breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of breath. I guide sessions in conscious connected breathing practices that can bring deep emotional release, clarity, and a real sense of inner peace.

My own journey with breathwork started in a way I’ll never forget. During my very first session, I had a huge energetic and emotional release, along with a vision that completely shifted my perspective. It was one of the most profound experiences of my life, and from that moment on, I knew this was something I had to explore and eventually share with others.

Breathwork isn’t just a technique, it’s a way to tap into something deeper, to let go of what no longer serves you, and to open up to new possibilities.

So whether you’re looking to process emotions, expand your awareness, or just take a break from the noise of everyday life, I’m here to hold space for your journey.
