What is Holotropic Breathwork?
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful, transformative practice developed by psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof. It uses accelerated breathing, evocative music and focused intention to help you reach expanded states of awareness – all without substances, just the power of your breath and a safe, supportive space.
This practice invites you to move beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper layers of your experience. It’s not about fixing yourself – it’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, releasing what’s stuck and allowing your body and mind to move naturally toward healing and wholeness.
You may experience emotional release, shifts in perception, visionary insights or a profound sense of peace and presence.
In my sessions, I draw on a combination of tools to support you in accessing deeper states of healing, clarity, and awareness – all within a space that’s safe, grounded and intentional. To help you enter holotropic states, I guide you through conscious connected breathing, supported by music, energy work, vocal cues, and gentle touch – all used mindfully to support healing of the mind, body, and soul.
